Who Vennado is for
Any group of friends or family whose diaries rarely line up. Office hours, shifts, school runs, self-employment, travel for work: everyone adds a calendar or a rota and Vennado finds when you are all free.
- Friend groupsOld friends with different jobs and lives, and a group chat that never settles on a date.
- FamiliesSchool runs, clubs, custody weekends and everyone's work.
- People on shiftsRotas that arrive late, change and match nobody else's, job by job.
Whichever one you are
The method is the same. One person starts a plan and sends the link. Each person adds their own diary, and the group sees when each of you is busy, never what you are doing. How Vennado works is the walkthrough, the guides give the manual methods, and ideas with guide prices shows what a free day and a budget a head will cover.
Questions people ask
Do I need to work shifts to use Vennado?
No. Most people add a phone calendar, or tap in the days they cannot do. A rota is one more way of saying when you are busy. Vennado works for any group, with or without a rota in it, and it earns its keep when people's weeks look nothing like each other's.
How many people can be in one plan?
Up to 30. The more diaries there are, the fewer times everyone is free, which is why Vennado also shows near misses: the times when everyone but one person can make it, with that person's name. For a big group a near miss is often the plan.
Does everyone have to use the same calendar?
No. Each person adds their own diary their own way: a calendar link or file from Google Calendar, Apple iCloud or Outlook, a screenshot or file of a rota, or busy days tapped in by hand. Nobody needs an account, and nobody has to change the calendar they already use.
Is it free?
Yes, and there is no paid version. Today every link to a seller is an ordinary link that earns us nothing. When a link is paid it will be labelled 'Paid link' where it appears, and Vennado never adds a fee. How we make money has the detail.
