Who it is for
Any group of friends or family whose diaries rarely line up: office hours, shifts, school runs, self-employment, travel for work. It works with or without a rota in the group. Who Vennado is for has a page each for friend groups, families and people on shifts.
What it does and does not do
It finds the day, lines up ideas that fit the hours and the budget, and lets the group vote and lock one in. It does not book anything or take payment. You book with the seller. How Vennado works has the full walkthrough.
What it costs
Nothing. There is no paid version. How we make money explains who pays.
Why it was built
Vennado was started by a hospital doctor whose friends could never find a day they were all free. The problem turned out to belong to no job in particular. Any six diaries are hard to line up.
Why it is called Vennado
Draw everyone's free time as a circle and the day you want is where the circles overlap, as in a Venn diagram. That overlap is what Vennado looks for. The name also ends in "a do", which is what you are trying to arrange. Say it ven-AH-do.
Who runs it
Vennado is run by Sycamore Healthworks Ltd, company number SC886987. Email contact@sycamorehealthworks.com. If something on the site is wrong or unclear, or hard to use, we would like to know. The accessibility statement says what has been tested so far and what has not.
Questions people ask
Is Vennado free?
Yes. There is no charge and no paid version. Today every link is an ordinary link and earns nothing. The plan is to earn a commission from sellers when a group books through a link. A paid link will be labelled 'Paid link' where it appears, and we never add a fee. How we make money explains it in full.

Is there a Vennado app?
No. Vennado is a website that works in the browser on your phone, so there is nothing to install and no account to create. One person starts a plan and sends the link, and everyone else opens it and adds their own diary.
