What a referral from Vennado looks like
Organising a group usually stalls on the date. A Vennado group has done that part. Everyone has added a calendar or a rota, the plan has found the hours they are all free, and they are choosing what to do with them.
So someone who reaches you from a plan is booking for:
- a date and time, the best window the plan found, usually one everyone can make
- a known number of people, friends or family
- a budget a head, the one the organiser set in the plan
They arrive through an ordinary link and book on your site, at your price, on your terms. How Vennado works shows the whole sequence from the customer's side.
Who these groups are
Vennado is for any group whose diaries rarely line up: friends with different jobs, families, and groups with someone on shifts. People who work nights and weekends are often free on weekdays, which may be when you have room. Who Vennado is for describes them.
What we are looking for
- Affiliate or referral arrangements, direct or through a network you already use.
- Group rates for parties of roughly six to twelve, which can be too many for an ordinary online booking and too few for a group scheme that starts at ten.
- Off-peak offers: twilight tee times, weekday lunches, midweek rooms.
- A page we can link straight to that answers a group's questions: tee times back to back, tables for ten, seats together, rooms near each other.
We are interested in match-day and event tickets, restaurants, golf, activities, family attractions, hotels, cottages and travel. The full spread is on the ideas pages.
What we will not do
- Rank an idea higher because it pays. Suggestions are ordered by fit to the group's time, size and budget.
- Show a paid placement without a label saying it is paid.
- Describe anyone as a partner, or use your name or logo, without a signed agreement that says we can.
- Pass on personal data. There are no accounts, and we do not collect email addresses.
How we make money is the public version of this, and anything we agree with you has to be consistent with it.
Where things stand
Vennado is new. We have no partners to name and no traffic figures to quote, and this page will say so until that changes. If you would like to be one of the first, get in touch.
How to get in touch
Email contact@sycamorehealthworks.com and tell us:
- what you run and where
- how groups book with you now, and the smallest and largest group you take
- whether you have an affiliate or referral programme, and through which network
- any group rate or off-peak offer you would want a group to see
Questions people ask
Can we pay to be listed on Vennado?
Not today. Vennado does not have venue listings. Its ideas are kinds of outing, such as eighteen holes or a long lunch, with a link out to search or book. If featured placements are offered later, they will be labelled as paid wherever they appear, and they will not be mixed in with the ordinary suggestions.
How much traffic can Vennado send us?
We do not know yet, and we would sooner say so than guess. Vennado is new and there are no figures to quote. What we can describe is the kind of visit: someone booking for a group that has a date everyone can make, a headcount and a budget a head.
What information about the group do you pass on?
Nothing personal. Vennado has no accounts and collects no email addresses, so there are no contact details to share. A visitor arrives through a link, which may carry what a search needs, such as the town, the date and the number of people, and books with you directly. If an affiliate programme is active between us, you will see that the visit came from Vennado.
Does Vennado take bookings or payments for us?
No. There is no booking or payment inside Vennado. The group chooses, one of them follows the link, and the booking, the payment, the terms and the customer relationship are all yours. We do not hold stock, sell tickets or take deposits.
