Terms of use

Vennado is operated by Sycamore Healthworks Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (SC886987). These terms apply to the tools at vennado.com.

What you are buying

Each tool can be used free of charge. Paying unlocks the clean export (for example a PDF without a watermark) for that tool, in the browser you paid from, for as long as the tool is offered. The purchase is a licence to use the software, not a subscription, and there are no recurring charges.

Payments are processed by Stripe, acting as merchant of record. Stripe's terms for Managed Payments apply to the transaction, and your receipt will show Stripe. Prices include VAT or equivalent sales tax where it applies.

Your data

The tools run in your browser and store what you enter on your own device. We do not receive your reports, photos or documents. Because of that, we cannot recover them if you clear your browser data or lose the device. Each tool offers a backup file; use it.

Where the unlock lives

The unlock is stored in the browser you paid from. If you need it on another device or browser, write to us with your Stripe receipt number and we will help you move it. Sharing an unlock with other people is not permitted.

What the tools are not

The tools help you prepare documents. They do not give legal, financial, medical or regulatory advice, and we do not check the content you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for whether a document meets the requirements that apply to you.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the tools available but do not guarantee it. We may improve or change a tool. If we withdraw a tool, we will give at least 90 days' notice on the site, during which exports continue to work.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any claim relating to a tool is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

Scots law applies, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live.
