Refunds

Every tool is free to try in full before you pay, including a watermarked preview of the export, so you can check it does what you need first.

If you have paid and the clean export does not work, or the tool does not do what this site says it does, tell us within 14 days and you will get a full refund. Refunds are issued by Stripe, the merchant of record, back to the original payment method; they usually appear within five to ten working days.

To ask for a refund, reply to your Stripe receipt email, or write to hello@vennado.com with the receipt number. You do not need to give a reason, though it helps us fix things.

Chargebacks are handled by Stripe. Please contact us first; it is faster.
